Landmark Beach

360° Management and Operations | Feb 2019 - Mar 2020

Developed unique strategies and marketing techniques to position the Landmark Beach as the premiere beach destination. We generated over 70% above the revenue target of $1m in 1 year with over 250,000 visitors while implementing digital systems to reduce operational costs.

Lighthouse Beach House

Resort Design | Development & Management | Dec 2022 - Till Date

Breathing new life into a non-vibrant building was the goal of this project. We renovated, fitted out and rebranded the property into a premium all inclusive boutique beach hotel while managing all operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability increasing its revenues by 433%. The 14 bedroom beach house is now one of the top beach getaway destinations in Lagos, Nigeria.

Island Breeze Restaurant

Strategy Development | Brand Positioning | Renovation Design | Apr 2020 - Aug 2020

Re-imagined a vacant ocean facing property as a Vibrant Boutique Seafood Dining Experience and Beach Lounge and developed strategies that leverage its unique offering. We developed the brand image and design for the renovation and furnishing to reflect the brand.
