Wild Shores Retreat: Where Safari Meets The Sea
Our unforgettable ten-day adventure begins in Madagascar’s vibrant capital, Antananarivo. After exploring the city’s lively atmosphere, we take a scenic flight to the country’s main international seaport, Tamatave (Toamasina). From here, your journey transforms into a unique experience as you board a speedboat along the historic Pangalana Canal, an impressive man-made waterway stretching parallel to the Indian Ocean.
As we glide through peaceful waters lined with lush vegetation and traditional villages, we make our way to Palmarium, a sanctuary where exceptional wildlife encounters await. Famous for its close interactions with lemurs and its serene natural setting, Palmarium offers a rare opportunity to connect deeply with Madagascar’s biodiversity.
After this immersive wildlife stay, we return to Tamatave and take a flight to the enchanting island of Sainte Marie. Known for its postcard-perfect beaches, crystal-clear waters, and tranquil atmosphere, Sainte Marie is the ideal setting for pure relaxation. Whether you choose to unwind on the sand, explore coral-rich lagoons, or simply enjoy the island’s calm, this retreat offers the perfect ending to your journey.
Following your rejuvenating stay, we fly back to Antananarivo, bringing this beautifully curated ten-day safari-and-beach escape to a graceful close.
