From Red City To Golden Dunes
This journey takes you from the vibrant streets of Marrakech to the peaceful vastness of the Sahara. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains, visit centuries old kasbahs like Ait Ben Haddou, explore lush valleys, and ride camels across the sweeping dunes of Merzouga. Enjoy magical nights in desert camps under star filled skies and connect with the rich traditions of Morocco’s south. A perfect blend of culture, nature, and timeless beauty.
Day 1 Arrival – Marrakech Airport to Marrakech:
Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative. Transfer to your hotel in Marrakech. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Marrakech – Boumalne Dades
After breakfast, depart via the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Visit the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou with a guided tour, then free time for lunch. Continue to Ouarzazate to see the Cinema Museum and Taourirt Kasbah (outside). Head through the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs to Boumalne Dades. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Boumalne Dades – Todra Canyons – Merzouga
After breakfast, visit Dades Canyon, then continue to Todra Gorges, one of the most stunning canyons in Morocco. Free time for a walk and photos. Continue to Merzouga via Ziz Valley. Lunch on the way and stop at the ancient Khettaras irrigation system. On arrival, camel ride to the dunes to enjoy sunset. Dinner and overnight at your camp.
Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Zagora
Enjoy sunrise over the dunes and breakfast at the camp. Depart Merzouga via Rissani, home town of the Alaouite dynasty, then a quick stop in Alnif. free time for lunch ion the way then continue through Tazzarine and Taghbalt with stunning desert views. Visit Tamegroute's ancient library. Arrive in Zagora for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay at your hotel or Riad.
Day 5: Zagora – Marrakech
After breakfast, depart via Agdz and the scenic Draa Valley with its vast palm groves. Continue to Ouarzazate, then cross the Tizi n’Tichka Pass back to Marrakech. Lunch on the way. In the afternoon, meet your guide for a city tour: visit Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, and Jemaa El Fna square. Free time in the medina to buy souvenirs or self-discovery before returning to the hotel at 7 PM for overnight.
Day 6: Marrakech Airport
After breakfast, and accordingly to your flight timing, transfer to the Airport.
