From Kampala And Entebbe: 1-day Ziwa Rhino Tracking On Foot In Uganda
The only place to track the White Rhinos in Uganda on foot and have a full closer look and interaction with the rhinos. Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Wildlife Ranch in Nakitoma, Nakasongola District in Uganda, offers the best for outdoor goers, researchers, students, wildlife enthusiats, and alike.
This is where the main activities of our tour takes place. This is a government gazated place to re-introduce rhinos in Uganda that had gone extinct. Here you'll ably track the rhinos and have a very close up look of the second larged mammals on land after the elephants. Not only the Rhinos, there are other animals like the wathogs, zebras, bushbacks, kobs, local breeds of cattle, monkeys, girrafes, amongst others.
