Arusha, the capital of the Arusha Region, sits beneath Mount Meru on the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley. With a mild climate, it serves as a gateway to top destinations like Mount Kilimanjaro, Arusha National Park, Lake Manyara, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire, and Serengeti National Park.
After breakfast, your guide will take you to Oltukai Village, a Maasai community between Tarangire and Lake Manyara. The two-hour journey leads to a warm welcome with songs, dances, and traditional attire. As a friend, not just a guest, you'll join daily activities like fetching water, collecting firewood, and herding livestock. You'll also engage with children in the School Project. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at Maramboi Tented Lodge.
You will be collected up early in the morning today to begin your magnificent journey to Tarangire National Park. Along the trip, you'll bring a boxed lunch to consume. Large herds of elephants and a variety of environments, including savannah plains and seasonal swamps, are the highlights of Tarangire. We could get to witness a lion pursuing her kill or a leopard lounging in the branches above. You'll head to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay following the wildlife drive.
You will travel to the Northern Serengeti and the Mara River to witness the Great Migration after an early breakfast. Our safari guide will make certain to locate the ideal location. The greatest herd migration of zebras, wildebeests, and other animals traversing the Mara River to reach the Masai Mara in Kenya is known as the Great Migration. Every year, from July to early October, is the ideal time to visit.
After breakfast, we're heading to the Ngorongoro Crater with lunchboxes in tow for an exciting game drive. We'll travel to Arusha Airport later in the day to meet your flight. One of Africa's natural wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater holds the title of being the world's largest intact crater. This park is home to some 30,000 large mammals throughout the year, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos. Beyond that, a wide variety of birds take refuge inside the crater's walls.
Following breakfast, you will drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands and into the central Serengeti for a game drive.
After eating lunch Within the park, you'll continue your afternoon game drive till you arrive at your camp.
Large zebra, antelope, and wildebeest herds that migrate across the Serengeti are well-known. Prepare to witness the local predators—the lion, cheetah, and leopard—as they carry out their natural cycles!
After breakfast, enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive in the park. The Lobo and Grumeti River areas offer excellent year-round wildlife viewing, including elephants, buffalo, gazelles, zebras, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. This less-visited region of the Serengeti allows for uninterrupted game tracking. Along the riverbanks, spot kingfishers and fish eagles. After the game drive, you'll head to the Ngorongoro Highlands for an overnight stay.
