Enjoy the changing landscapes and local village life along the way. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and relax as you prepare for the next day’s adventure.
DAY 2: After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla trek. Venture deep into the dense rainforest with experienced guides to track a family of endangered mountain gorillas. The trek can take between 2 to 6 hours, depending on the gorillas’ movements. In the afternoon, you may opt for a cultural visit to the Batwa community to learn about their traditional forest lifestyle.
