3-day Lalibela Tour Itinerary
The Lalibela tour is a journey into the heart of Ethiopia’s spiritual and historical heritage. Lalibela, often called the “New Jerusalem,” is famous for its remarkable rock-hewn churches, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These churches were carved directly out of solid volcanic rock in the 12th–13th centuries and are connected by a network of tunnels and trenches.
Day 1: Addis Ababa City Tour Arrive in Addis Ababa and begin exploring the vibrant capital city of Ethiopia. Visit the renowned National Museum of Ethiopia to discover the country’s rich history and archaeological treasures. Continue to Entoto Hill for panoramic views of the city, followed by a walk through Mercato, one of Africa’s largest open-air markets.
