Day 3: Morning: Our day begins in a lively Ugandan kitchen, where the aroma of fresh banana leaves and spices fills the air. Guided by local chefs, you learn to marinate chicken, beef, or groundnut paste and wrap them neatly in banana leaves a delicate art passed down through generations. As the Luwombo parcels steam over glowing charcoal, stories, laughter, & cultural tales flow freely. When unwrapped, the rich aroma & taste reveal more than a meal, rather an experience of tradition

Day 3: Afternoon We continue our immersive city tour with a visit to Mengo Palace, the historic seat of the Buganda Kingdom, where tales of royalty and resilience unfold within its storied walls. We proceed to the Kasubi Tombs, the resting place of Buganda kings and showcases traditional Ganda architecture. A late stroll through Kampala’s city monuments, where each landmark narrates Uganda’s political and cultural evolution, offering travelers a deeper connection to the nation’s rich heritage.

Day 4: Morning Our experiential journey continues with the preparation of Uganda’s traditional millet brew, (malwa), a cherished symbol of cultural hospitality. The process begins with soaking and germinating millet grains to create malt, which is sun-dried, ground into fine flour, and mixed with warm water. The brew ferments naturally for several days, developing its distinct earthy aroma and rich taste and shared in a communal pot through long straws, embodying togetherness.

Day 5: Morning We set off for Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where visitors can encounter wild rhinos in their natural habitat along the Kampala–Gulu highway. At dawn, we set off for Lake Mburo National Park, ready to explore its scenic landscapes and rich wildlife diversity.

Day 7: Morning: At Lake Mburo National Park, a serene haven of rolling hills, acacia woodlands, and shimmering lakes. The adventure begins with a thrilling game drive, where we encounter zebras, impalas, elands, & herds of buffalo roaming freely across the savannah and a tranquil boat cruise on Lake Mburo, gliding past pods of hippos and basking crocodiles while spotting vibrant bird species along the shoreline.
