Shared Experience Join a group of like-minded travellers and share the adventure.

The Danakil Depression is one of the most extreme and otherworldly landscapes on Earth, located in the Afar region of Ethiopia near the Eritrean border. Known as the “Gateway to Hell”, it is the lowest point in Ethiopia and one of the hottest places on the planet, receiving less than 100 mm of rainfall per year.

This adventure will take you across lava fields, multicolored mineral springs, salt flats, and active volcanoes. Along the way, you will meet Afar nomads, witness traditional salt mining techniques, and explore raw, untouched landscapes few travelers experience.
