The day typically starts with a river cruise at 09h30am into the park, with an opportunity to see a host of waders and water birds along with the ever present crocodiles and lurking hippos.
After the cruise, a satisfying lunch is served at Chobe Safari Lodge. Bottled water, tea and coffee are included with lunch.
After one hour lunch break, guests head off on a game drive – getting close to nature with specially adapted open 4×4 vehicles. Lion sightings occur in Chobe, Eland, Sable, and Roan. Antelopes are common at certain times of the year.
After the Safari drive, vehicles return to the appropriate border at 16h30 for their return transfer to Livingstone, at 17:30hrs.
Parents with children below 18 year must carry the birth certificate of their children. These documents are needed in Botswana without fail.
